Digital and Social Marketing Coordinator
Do you love emerging technologies and social media? BaseCorp Learning Systems is looking for a Digital and Social Marketing Coordinator to join our quickly growing team. This is the role where creativity meets business results.

What you’ll do

  • Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention through the development, implementation and management of digital and social media inbound marketing strategies
  • Conduct key word, buyer persona and buyer’s journey research
  • Showcase our stories by creating, scheduling and promoting engaging content across all channels, including website, landing pages, blogs, social media, email and print
  • Co-ordinate the development, copy-editing and publication of content provided by colleagues from across the organization
  • Maintain all aspects of our website including the content and structure of the websites and pages, search engine optimization and search engine marketing
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Interact with audiences via social channels (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Monitor key metrics to measure the effectiveness of all digital and social media marketing channels and content, calculate the return on investment, and recommend improvements
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption where appropriate

What we’ll love about you

  • You have a university degree
  • You have 1-2 years of relevant experience in a SaaS B2B digital marketing
  • You understand inbound marketing best practices and automation tools (we use Marketo)
  • You are a social media super-user who can create and maintain social media presence and build online communities
  • You love to write and can demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • You can work effectively with graphic designers, copy writers and web designers
  • You have solid knowledge of website analytics tools (we use Google Analytics)
  • You have experience in setting up and analyzing Google Adwords campaigns
  • You have street smarts, emotional intelligence and a great sense of humour
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, front-end web development and/or graphics is a plus
  • Experience in a start-up environment, sales, or in the eLearning industry is a plus
  • Spoken and written fluency in Spanish, French or Portuguese is also a plus
